If you want to pickup your mulch/soil/stone with your truck or trailer, you may do so.   We have a walk-up service window where you can tell us what you want & make payment. 

Due to the recent increases in fuel prices, we cannot guarantee our prices will remain the same throughout the season.  All of our equipment that we use to process material requires diesel fuel or gasoline (grinders, loaders, trucks, pumps, etc). 

Please understand that Spring is our busiest time of the year & everyone is eager to mulch.  We do our best to get the orders to you on the day that you need it but sometimes our schedule gets full, so please plan ahead if you must have your delivery on a certain day.  We DO NOT guarantee delivery times!  Orders are run in all directions surrounding us & we cannot predict traffic or the time it takes for each delivery.   We run the deliveries in the order that we receive them.   Drivers run orders until all orders for the day are delivered.  We require 24 hours notice to cancel scheduled orders.
 
If a driver is instructed to dump off pavement (drive into/across the yard), Witmer Mulch & the driver are NOT liable for any damage to the property.    The Driver reserves the right not to drive off pavement if they feel it is an unsafe situation.  If you order a large load or multiple items, please make sure that you have room for a larger truck - this means no low wires, low hanging trees or narrow driveways.   
 
Note:  We are legally NOT allowed to dump in the street/road, so please have a designated place for us to dump off-street/road.  Mailboxes & Fire Hydrants may not be blocked with product.

All products are sold by a standard cubic yard. A cubic yard will cover an area of 100 sq. ft. at approximately 3" thickness.  We can help you determine your mulch or topsoil needs if you have your area measurements (L x W).   

** NOTE: Dyed Mulches should be installed when it is not raining & there is no rain in the forecast for at least 24 -48 hours. Do NOT use sprinklers or heavily water your plants for the same time period. These products need time to dry in the sun to lock-in the color. Should it rain, rake the mulch to rejuvenate your color. Once dry, these mulches can last for up to 2 years.
